Booking and Payment

1. A 30% Rental deposit is required to secure your reservation.
2. The remaining balance is due at your arrival date.
3. No refunds for cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in – please take a cancellation insurance if needed

Check-in and Check-out

1. Check-in time is 4:00 – 09:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request.
2. Check-out time is 08:00 – 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional fees.

House Rules

1. No smoking inside the property. 
2. No parties or events without prior written approval.
3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
4. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing. 
5. The maximum occupancy guests are defined by contract for each property. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction.

Property Care and Damages

1. Guests are responsible for the property during their stay.
2. Report any damages immediately.
3. A security deposit will be held and released within 7 days after check-out, pending inspection.
4. Guests agree to pay for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Amenities and Services

1. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The password will be available in the welcome book.
2. On request with additionnal fees :
   – Linens and towels.
   – End cleaning.
   – baby stuff

Liability

1. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
2. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
3. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

Compliance

By booking this property, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.We hope you enjoy your stay!
